JOB SUMMARY:

Under the general direction of the Director, Medication Safety, Regulatory and Accreditation Services the Coordinator, Medication Regulatory and Accreditation Services will faciliate compliance with medication-related regulatory, accreditation, and safety projects. The Coordinator will act as a liason between pharmacy and various CC professionals to promote regulatory compliance and medication safety.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required. Advanced degree preferred . Ability to effectively communication through written and oral means. Knowledge of medical safety and regulatory compliance. Two years experience in a healthcare setting required . At least six months of on-the-job training is needed to learn departmental procedures, CC policies and applicable State and Federal Rules and Laws. Manual dexterity to operate office equipment. May require extended periods of standing, walking, or sitting. Good visual acuity through normal or corrected vision.
