Job Description:
 

Pharmacy manager position.
Responsibilities for the centralized IV Sterile Manufacturing area that includes Chemo, TPN and IV preparations as well as the repackaging operation for unit dose dispensing.
Also responsible for the EPA and hazardous waste for pharmaceuticals.
Supervises the work activities, training and evaluation for a staff of 14 pharmacists, 8 technicians and 3 students.

Job Qualifications:
 

NYS Licensed Pharmacist. Graduate of accrediated school of pharmacy, BS or PharmD.
Previous management experience, advanced degree and/or ASHP residency perferred.
