Responsibilities:
Evaluates a patient's physical, cognitive and perceptual functional capacities and provides goal-directed, activity oriented maintenance
of his/her optimum level of independence in daily life tasks.
Supervises/provides therapy services to patients currently for inpatient and outpatient ranging in age young adult to geriatric

Graduate of an accredited therapy program
