Description
Under the supervision of the nurse manager provides hospital wide administrative presence on weekends, evening and night shifts, including supervision
of patient and staff activities; Monitors patient care delivery in compliance with established standards of nursing care, nursing practice and
hospital/departmental policies and procedures.  This employee participates in assuring appropriate staffing levels, competent staff, quality monitoring
process, continuing education, and fostering professional development, and supporting the goals and mission of Spalding.
  

Qualifications 
Sat/Sun position and can add either Fiday or Monday
-Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
-1+ years of Supervisory experience required.
-2+ years recent of either rehabilitation, Med/Surg or ortho, or neuro experience required.
-CRRN or must be willing and eligible to obtain within 2 years of hire.
-Must possess competent nursing skills to serve as a resource for nursing staff and handle crisis situations. 
 Must have effective verbal and written communication skills in order to communicate in a clear,
 concise manner.  Demonstrates analytical, customer service, delegation and critical thinking skills
