We are expanding in Montana and seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager in the Billings area. Here are additional details on what the job entails and some of what it takes to be successful in this position:
Conifer Health Solutions is currently seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager for the Holy Rosary Hospital Business Office. The responsibilities of the Manager include:
- Assists in preparation for both short and long range planning recommendations for all of back end Business Office.
- Oversees back end functions, ensuring standardization and compliance with established policies and procedures of Conifer, regulations of applicable regulatory agencies, and standards of JCAHO.
- Analyzes and identifies problems, determines cause and desired resolution. Takes steps necessary to implement resolution. Solves escalated problems related to his/her areas of assignment, and maintains a detailed knowledge of functions in these areas.
- Directs the development of tactical plans and operating budgets to achieve strategic Conifer goals; monitor progress toward goals throughout the year.
- Hires, trains, and develops assigned staff. Partners with Human Resources to maintain consistent policy and manages expectations with recruiting department to ensure staffing levels are met.
- Enforces departmental policies, practices, procedures and work rules in accordance with approved hospital policies and assists in the development of new policies according to hospital and corporate guidelines
- Conducts annual performance evaluations for staff, including goal setting and counseling where appropriate.
- Conducts regularly scheduled meetings with appropriate Client and Conifer staff to communicate issues regarding procedures, processes and overall effectiveness
