OverView:
This position will support the Western Region for Banner Health, which consists of Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, California, Alaska and Nevada. This position is located at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, Colorado. Banner Health has over 34,000 employees across 7 states, we are a proven industry leader in healthcare.

Responsibilities:
This position is a member of Banner's new Student Center of Excellence and will be primarily focused on Banner's Student Experience projects. This position will be accountable for leading and implementing multiple projects resulting in innovative approaches which support excellence in student experiences at Banner Health. Understanding and compliance with a wide range of regulatory requirements is an expectation. This position will also provide support to student coordinators in all Banner facilities to assure student experience standards are implemented in a consistent manner. Establishing successful relationships with partnered academic institutions, local and national, to inform, educate, support and assure compliance with student onboarding requirements will be another key function of this position.

Qualifications:
Must possess a strong knowledge of healthcare as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelors degree in nursing, business, healthcare administration or related field.Must demonstrate a strong knowledge and background in a clinical healthcare area (RN, Medical Imaging, etc), higher and adult education, or program/business development and management as typically demonstrated through 5 to 7 years related experience. Must be able to achieve objectives in a complex, multi-facility, geographically dispersed corporate setting and function within a matrix management environment. Must demonstrate project management effectiveness resulting in achievement of desired outcomes. Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Requires the ability to create and present business proposals. Must possess strong organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills with an ability to prioritize and react to needs rapidly. Requires effective listening skills and a supportive and encouraging approach to student, faculty, and student liaison challenges. Must participate in and promote team building skills, as well as provide excellent customer service.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSMasters degree preferred. Experience in workforce development program design, developing community partnerships or organization development preferred. Experience as a user/trainer for designated clinical documentation applications preferred.
