RNs provide emergency care for all ages while utilizing the latest technology.*Prior experience in ER or Critical care unit preferred.*Position available:Full-TimeVaried Night ShiftsWeekends and Call Required

Responsibilities:
The RN provides patient care based on the nursing process. Patient care is impartial, regardless of race, creed, sex, national origin, source of payment, sexual preference or beliefs. Patients of all ages are served including neonate and infant, pediatric and adolescent, adult and geriatric populations. Independent judgment is used regarding priority of work, changes in patient condition, evaluating patients response to care and emergency situations. The RN strives for excellence in clinical practice, patient/family teaching and communication skills

Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must possess a current valid Alaska RN license. BLS certification is required. Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice.Relates throughout the interview process the experience, training and education needed to perform the job. Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired. Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work as demonstrated through annual validations.
