Description

Performs basic data collection and basic patient assessment, identifying deviations, assists with family requests, provides direct inpatient and outpatient care including but not limited to bathing, feeding, vital signs, patient weight, & blood sugar fingersticks. Position will require interaction with RN's.
Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Requirements: Minimum of six months of work experience or completion of Nursing Assistant course and/or Nursing Assistant certification. CNA preferred, CPR certification required PSYCH EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.
