Position Overview:
Local facility in Sebastapol, CA is currently seeking to bring on board a full time Occupational Therapist to fill an immediate position with their staff. This position entails direct services to patients including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation with related documentation and communication.
Responsibilities:
Performs evaluations, develops and implements effective patient treatment plans in accordance with federal, state and professional standards governing the facility.

Requirements:
Bachelor of Science from an accredited therapy program
Current or pending state license in practicing state
Must be able to relate both professionally and cooperatively with patients and staff.
Must meet all local health regulations and pass post-offer drug test if required.
