Perioperative Services Program Director

Overseeing a dozen hospitals in the Western Region of the United States, the Perioperative Services Program Director will provide leadership and vision for surgical services through development of standardized best practices and creation of strategies for consistency and continuity. As a newly formed position, the selected candidate will use their experience in the OR as well as their background in management to develop a clear vision for provision of service across the spectrum of hospitals, from rural access and metropolitan based.

Requirements: Advanced degree in nursing with demonstrated experience in the OR. Management background consistent with at least five years of progressive perioperative leadership in multispecialty environments. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, visionary thinking and enthusiasm for developing and enhancing perioperative services.
