JOB DESCRIPTION
The physical therapist organizes and conducts physical therapy programs for the agency to facilitate rehabilitation. He/she directs client participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance. In addition, the physical therapist facilitates the learning of those skills and functions essential for promoting independence and productivity, in order to diminish or correct pathology. He/she directs activities to promote and maintain health.

ABOUT US

You will use your clinical assessment and treatment skills while interacting with a variety of patient populations, including those receiving short-term rehabilitation, outpatient services, and long-term care. You will use the latest standardized assessment tools, clinical interventions and treatments, and discharge planning skills to promote independence, maximize function, and return patients to their homes. In addition, we provide opportunities for new and seasoned staff to enhance their professional portfolios through our mentoring, clinical instructor, and master clinician programs.
