Our client , one of the largest providers of Outpatient Therapy is seeking a Facility Director need for Outpatient Clinic. Will lead and direct the activities of the clinic as well as treat patients.

Responsible for clinical operations of the facility and its employees, including therapists and technicians to achieve financial and clinical goals. Ensures compliance to all policies and procedures. Responsible for clinics financials including profit and loss performance.

Responsible for sales and marketing to existing and potential clinic referrals.

WIll receive quarterly and annual bonuses based upon the performance of the clinic.

Therapists see 11- 12 patients a day which allows us to provide excellent quality clinical care. State of the art facilities .This is an excellent opportunity grow your career clinically and professionally.

Required Credentials:

• BA/BS degree or higher in Physical Therapy .

• Physical Therapy License.

• Five years of experience in Physical Therapy preferred.

• Two to Four years of supervisory and third - party billing experience.
