Responsibilities:
Works under the supervision of the pharmacy manager.  Compounds and dispenses both IV and oral medications by means if standard
physical and chemical procedures in order to fill medication requests issued by physicians and other qualified prescribers.  Provides drug
information to medical and nursing staff when the need arises.  Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements for this job:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy
Current license in practicing state
Experience in institutional practice desirable, but not necessary
