Requirements for this job:
Graduate of an accredited therapy program
Current license in practicing state
Minimum of six months clinical experience required
Must have current drivers license in practicing state, reliable transportation and proof of current agency acceptable motor vehicle liability insurance required
BLS/CPR Certifications required
