Description

SUMMARY:    



Staff pharmacists monitor patient drug therapies including choice of drug, drug dosage, frequency, avoiding drug interactions, and drug allergies.  Provide drug information to physicians and nurses, dose drugs under protocol, and fill orders for oral and injectable medications
Qualifications

Minimum Education:            A Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy is required.



 



Minimum Experience:           1 to 2 years of job related experience is preferred.



 



Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses:            Licensed as Pharmacist in S.C.
