Salary: up to $75,000

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the aspects of services (Sub-Acute and Acute Inpatient, outpatient at on-site skilled nursing facilities and two school contracts)

This position offers a $500 Sign on Bonus or Paid CEU's

Requirements for this job:
Current or pending state license in practicing state
