This position offers a $500 Sign on Bonus or Paid CEU's.

This rehabilitation center is a fully accredited provider of physical, occupational, and speech therapeutic services to long term care centers. Currently operating over 13 states with expertise in MDS process and coding and we have a computerized documentation/billing system.

Responsibilities:


Provides and directs services to residents to include assessment and treatment, development and implementation of programs,


and related professional in-services


Performs duties under the direction of physician orders

Requirements for this job:


Current or pending state license in practicing state


Graduate of an accredited therapy program
