Description

Must be able to supervise delivery of quality care to patients through use of the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementing and evaluation/ re-assessment.  To direct and guide patient/significant other teaching and the activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining the standards of professional nursing.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Accredited Nursing Program (AD, Diploma, BSN)
  • Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical Nursing, experience in specialty area preferred.
  • Previous Charge Nurse/Assistant Nurse Manager experience.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Successful completion of Telemetry course/or experience in Telemetry.
  • Current Registered Nurse Licensure by the Florida State Board of Nursing.
  • BLS Certification - American Heart Association.
  • ACLS Certification - American Heart Association.
