This position is responsible for the management and day-to-day clinical operations of the Home Health and Hospice unit. The incumbent is responsible for the leadership, staff management and development, patient care coordination, financial viability, quality improvement and compliance, customer service, and the professionalism of the staff and unit.
This position oversees all patient care within the Home Health unit that is provided by numerous disciplines. All personnel working within the unit reports directly to this position.
Requirements:
- Current license in the State of Idaho as a Registered Nurse
- Five years direct patient care required
- Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
- Previoushome care of hospice experience
- Three years previous supervisory experience
- Computer skills in word processing, clinical documentation systems, email etc.
- CPR certification
- Masters Degree preferred
