Description
 

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining inventory to ensure appropriate, adequate and cost effective supplies for the facilities within the centralized program. Oversees all OSHA and regulatory compliance related issues ensuring appropriate action for resolution is taken when necessary. Directly supervises at least two full time equivalent technical positions. Demonstrates pride in the quality of work and the environmental cleanliness and regulatory compliance of the facilities in the Centralized Technical Program.

Requirements
 

Associates degree in electronics or Bio Medical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of Dialysis Technical / Mechanical supervisory experience or eqivalent mentoring / supervisory experience. Successful completion of the FMC Training Program for Technical Staff. Successful completion of the FMC Technical Validation Program and ongoing competency assessments as per FMC training programs. Proven verbal and written skills and basic computer skills preferably in Microsoft Word and Excel. Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills, including those required to problem-solve in a medical, health care environment.
