This great opportunity is for an experienced ER Nurse interested in getting into a Nursing Management career.
Hours are FT Day/Evenings with occasional nights, in our ER and Chest Pain ER.

The Assistant Nurse Manager assists the Nurse Manager in the operations of the ER/CPEC department, including staffing, scheduling, performance evals, and displinary actions. The successful candidate will serve as the support for the ER staff and a resource for the patient care unit(s) and as a representative for the Nurse Manager.
Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program. Progress toward or completion of BSN preferred.
Experience: RN with 2 years experience with demonstrated leadership ability. ER/Trauma experience required for this role.
Professional Requirement: Current state applicable RN licensure
Certifications: BLS & ACLS certification
