Description

under the supervision of the Director, the Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the safe, accurate and rational distribution and utilization of pharmaceutical agents to patients of all ages.  Is a resource for pharmacotherapy information for clinical staff throughout the hospital.  This shall be carried out in accordance with all state and federal laws, Joint Commission standards and hospital or department policies and procedures.
Qualifications

Current License as a Registered Pharmacist; 6 years clinical pharmacy exp and 1 year management exp; one year post-grad residency or equivalent training (such as PharmD);
