Position Summary:
Provides confidential, administrative/clerical support and assistance to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, the Board of Directors and the Department of Administration. Maintains and oversees the activities of a professional and organized administrative office. Maintains good public relations with physicians, employees and visitors.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Formal secretarial training in an accredited school of business or
Junior College
Experience: Minimum of three years executive level secretarial experience required.
Previous experience in a medical setting preferred.
Other Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. A
typing speed of 70 wpm, dictation and computer literacy are also
required. Individual must possess the ability to work independently
with little or no supervision; ability to work under pressure to meet
deadlines.
