Responsibilities:
Provide educational support, training, to clinical staff. Promote excellence by establishment of competency based standards.
Participate in Critical Care quality and ICU operations meetings as well as interdisciplinary teams including administration, nursing,
medical staff, fiscal services, quality improvement, information systems and other clinical/support services to promote cohesive, quality
care.
Participate in research and development to improve care and promote staff.

Requirements for this job:
Master's degree in nursing required with a minimum of five years acute care
experience with at least two years, preferably most recent, in critical care
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
Current license in state of practice
