This rehabilitation center is a leading provider of physical rehabilitation program management services and other long-term care facilities throughout the United States, in more than 1,400 locations. 

Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of therapy professionals delivering the highest quality of patient care in a skilled nursing setting
Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and community education
Responsible for financial management, census development, unit operations, and client and physician relations
Provide direct patient care including evaluations & treatment

Requirements for this job:
Current license in the state of practice
2+ years experience in a skilled nursing environment
Supervisory experience preferred
Graduate of an accredited therapy program in Physical Therapy
