Patient Service Technician-Local Delivery Driver with CDL & HazMat

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Service Technician-CDL Driver with HazMat, who wants to be part of a company who makes a difference in patients lives.

We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and caring individual who performs deliveries, provides services, and ensures patients and/or caregivers understand instructions for and are comfortable with use of equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Delivers, sets up, and maintains equipment at the delivery address
• Educates the patient and/or caregiver on the safe use and maintenance of the delivered items
• Completes all necessary delivery forms and paperwork including invoices, work orders, manifests and logs
• Develops and maintains working knowledge of current products and services offered by the company and all applicable governmental regulations
• Works with CSRs to coordinate deliveries

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years delivery experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Valid CDL (Commercial Drivers License) issued by the State in which they are employed with a clean record, and be able to pass DOT requirements
• Hazardous Materials endorsement
• Employment is contingent upon a drug screening test and background investigation
