Transcribes dictation by physicians and other health professionals regarding patient assessment, workups, therapeutic procedures, clinical course, diagnosis, prognosis, etc. in order to document patient care and facilitate delivery of healthcare services.
 
In-house Transcriptionist
Full-time - 32 hours a week
Every Saturday with variable other days 
Qualifications
High school graduate or equivalent, plus formal medical transcription course including medical terminology, anatomy and physiology or equivalent in work experience. Position requires extensive medical terminology; 3 years experience as a hospital medical transcriptionist is preferred. Ability to type 60 words per minute accurately.  Certified Medical Transcriptionist (CMT) preferred but not required.
