RN Resource PRN (Non-CC)

To provide safe and effective nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process.  The Registered Nurse is also responsible for the direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering said patient care.

 

The RN-Resource Pool will be assigned daily by the Administrative Coordinator/Nursing Supervisor to the unit where they are primarily needed that day based on patient census, overall staffing and other pertinent factors.  Employees will only be assigned to a Unit for which they have demonstrated competency.
