Job Description:
 

Greets callers and answers telephones promptly and courteously; directs to appropriate person or takes accurate messages. Types documents and proofs own work. Inputs, formats and retrieves data from appropriate applications. Drafts and edits letters and memos. Schedules appointments and maintains calendar. Organizes and maintains files and data to ensure that they are up-to-date and easy to locate. Edits reports to ensure accurate content. Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Performs reception duties and answers or directs telephone calls, taking messages as necessary.
2. Word processing and typing, proofing own work and maintaining files in an orderly and efficient manner.
3. Maintains manager's or administrator's calendar and appointment activities.
4. Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
 

Minimum Required Education High School/GED
Preferred Education Associate
Minimum Required Experience 1-2 years
Preferred Experience 2-3 years
