Radiology Clinic Setting in San Diego

Summary:

The Radiology Department at Mira Mesa is one of the largest of the Sharp Rees-Stealy Outpatient Imaging Centers. It has modalities such as general diagnostics, ultrasound, CT, MRI, Dexa, Fluoroscopy and Mammography. We have 2 state of the art Toshiba CT Scanners, one is a 64 row detector and the other is a 16 row detector. We perform advanced outpatient procedures to include Cardiac CT Angiography, CT Post Myelograms, CT Guided Liver Biopsies and CT pediatric sedation. This is a position in a clinic setting. Qualified candidate will assist with screening patients for CT and MRI scans and starting I.V.'s, preparing patients for Cardiac CT scans as well as conscious sedation and pediatric sedation's.

Qualifications:

- Current California Registered Nurse licensure required.
- Current ACLS certification required.
- Current PALS certification required.
- Current BSN required.
- Minimum of two years experience required.
- Experience in Radiology required.
-Experience with EHR preferred.
-Basic computer knowledge required.
-Excellent IV skills required.
-Good customer service and communication skills required.
-Experience with conscious sedation and pediatric sedation's required.
-Must have excellent customer service skills.
