Responsible for hiring, training, termination, and disciplinary action of employees. Strong organization, customer relations and excellent oral and written communication skills required for effective communication with patients, physicians, public staff and administration. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Review of employee productivity. Management of bad debt, Basic knowledge of insurance and verification of benefits, Cash collections/Corporate goals (aging), data entry / account documentation, and responsible for high balance account reviews. Must be able to demonstrate understanding of and ability to interpret third party payer principles and terms.
