POSITION REQUIREMENTS
 

High School education or equivalent, six months on-the-job related experience with automated telecommunications equipment, customer service experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge, ability to multi-task and work independently.

This position is represented by SEIU, local 399 and is covered by the term and conditions of collective bargaining agreement.
