Responsibilities
Consult with clinical staff and specialty program specialists regarding patient nutrition services. Provide nutritional services to patients in their homes.
Minimum Qualifications
 Registered Dietician, Licensed in Massachusetts
 Local travel required.
Requirements
, MS in nutrition (preferred)
, Liaison between acute care, rehabilitation, outpatient, and home care
