Job Description

The Neonatal Nurse Practitioner provides care of well and/or critically ill newborns and neonates. Works collaboratively with Neonatologist to care for newborns and neonates from birth to discharge from the hospital. NICU Level III will be the majority of care delivered, as well as attending deliveries where infants may show signs of distress and resuscitation may be required.

Qualifications

-Advanced practitioner certification in the state of Louisiana
-RN License in the state of Louisiana
-At least one year of experience in NICU, Level III preferred.
