L&D RNs

(Full time,Part time,Per Diem/Locum)

Registered Nurses (RNs)needed at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), in Tacoma, Washington. Working areas may include all units within Madigan Army Medical Center where nurses with Labor and Delivery (L&D) skills are needed.

Hours: 7 days a week, 24-hour/day operation to include holidays. Work schedules consist of 8, 10, and/or 12-hour shifts (varies by ward/unit)

Requirements: Registered Nurses must possess an Associate, Diploma or Baccalaureate degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing from at least one state or territory in the U. S. Licensed Practical Nurses must also posses a degree from an accredited course of study in practical nursing from at least one state or territory in the U. S.

Nurses shall have a minimum of one (1) year or the equivalent of one year experience within the last three years in the clinical area in which the provider will work. Such experience shall have been in an acute care facility. Work in a convalescent care type facility shall not be considered acceptable qualifying experience.


Have and maintain current CPR certification. . L&D RNs shall have current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification is required for L&D RNs
