POSITION REQUIREMENTS
 

Certified Pharmacy Technician, licensed in Arizona to work as needed in a busy hospital environement. Must be willing to work one weekend per month, plus other times as needed. One year hospital experience preferred with knowledge of IV preparation, chemotherapy preparation, and automated dispensing machine experience.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

1. High school graduate/GED equivalent
2. A minimum of one year hospital pharmacy or related experience or a graduate of a certified pharmacy technology program
3. Must be 18 years or older
4. Demonstrate knowledge through successful completions of written examination
5. If not a graduate of a pharmacy technician program, must complete Pharmacy Technician Training program within three months of hire
6. Typing speed: 30
7. Basic CRT knowledge

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION

1. Arizona Pharmacy Technician License
