Prepares medication, upon receipt of prescription, for use within the hospital. Enters drug information into pharmacy computer to establish patient drug regimes. Purchases pharmaceuticals and stocks pharmacy and ancillary departments with medications based on par levels. Communicates drug information with nursing staff.
