Director of Pharmacy

The ideal candidate will have 150+ bed acute care, in-patient hospital, director level experience, preferably in a for-profit environment. Also must be Graduate of Accredited School of Pharmacy and have worked five years as a Pharmacist in a HOSPITAL SETTING. Prefer three years as a Supervisor. Current Pharmacist license in the State of Arizona.
