SALARY: $130,000 - $154,000

Offering $15,000 Sign On Bonus and $5,000 Relocation Assistance!

Responsibilities:


Assesses and directs activities and resources of the Pharmacy Department.


Serves as the primary manager regarding planning, organizing, staffing, directing, controlling, and coordinating the work efforts of the Pharmacy department.


Provides distributive and clinical Pharmacy support as necessary.

Requirements for this job:


Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school or college of Pharmacy required


Pharm.D Degree preferred


Current license within practicing state


Five years supervisory experience in a pharmacy


Must have three years Director experience in a hospital setting


Significant prior pharmacy management experience in a JCAHO accredited hospital is required
