Responsibilities:
Assumes responsibility for the daily operation of inpatient or outpatient pharmacy services.
Responsible for the identification, development and implementation of innovative, systematic and timely solutions which continually improve the quality of our patient care services and systems.

Requirements for this job:
Pharmacy degree with current license and MS, MBA, PharmD and/or residency preferred.
Minimum of three years of pharmacy supervisory experience required.
Experience in a large, tertiary care medical center is preferred.
Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of practice.
