Responsibilities:
Provides leadership direction and management of clinical processes and initiatives within the facility.
Manages implementation of all Econotherapeutic programs.
Compiles documented outcomes by area and provides clinical education support for the facility.
Train and educate pharmacy staff to provide pharmaceutical care and practice Econotherapeutic related concepts
Participate in the publication of educational material directed at hospital health care professionals
Direct and coordinate clinical clerkship programs for pharmacy and other health care professional trainees
Provide in-service education to medical, nursing and pharmacy staff
Provide pharmaceutical care to selected patients
Develop drug therapy review programs and document their results
Coordinate vendor activities to support formulary decisions

Requirements for this job:
Doctor of Pharmacy PharmD. preferred
Current license in practicing state
3-5 years experience managing clinical programs required
Proven customer service skills
