Investigational drug presentation by the agent or the primary investigators is conducted prior to the initiation of each study and staff competency filed according to P&P.
Staff education/communication is provided prior to the implementation of new programs.
Work schedules are prepared and posted one week ahead.
Standards reviewed and revised as per JCAHO guidelines.
