LDS hospital is a 217-bed facility located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Clinical pharmacists at LDS Hospital are involved in therapeutic drug monitoring, medication reconciliation, mentoring interns/students, TPN ordering, reviewing patient histories, reviewing physician orders, consulting with physicians and patient counseling.
This position is specifically assigned to support sterile compounding in the Central Pharmacy. The Pharmacy Department utilizes Robotics, Automated Dispensing Machines and Bar Code Technology to support a safe medication distribution system. Staff provides these services in accordance with governmental regulatory agencies, corporate guidelines, policies and procedures.
