Clinical Pharmacist
Inpatient Facility

Responsibilities:
Provides clinical pharmacist services in acute care and behavioral health facility
Utilizes computerized resources to ensure safe and effective drug utilization
Verifies orders and writes orders based on established protocols
Provides consultation and education for inpatients when required
Collaborates with other clinicians, such as nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals on a daily basis
Coordinates and closely reviews activities of pharmacy technicians to ensure efficient operations in accordance with federal and state regulations and facility's policies and procedures

Requirements for this job:
Current Pharmacy state license within the state of practice
Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy
Current Certified Washington State Pharmacy Preceptor or certification eligible
Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of patients service in Pharmacy
Two years recent hospital pharmacy experience
Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking abilities preferred
Ability to work with a culturally diverse population
