Family Practice Physician/ MD

Excellent Opportunity 1 hour from NYC!

Our clinet is seeking a Family Practice Physician for Goshen/Chester, NY clinics.

Salary 40% of first $325,000 billed, then 50% after $325,000. No guarantee

Ideal candidate will have family practice/internal medicine experience and be willing to work clinic hours, and well as round in nearby hospital and nursing home. The two clinics are only 7 miles apart.

Reimbursements/perks include:

$400/month for auto
$75/month for cell phone
$125/month for home phone
$1500/year for CME
$1500/year for Associations
3 weeks vacation
4 sick days
1 personal day
Health insurance - 75% coverage for single member
$50,000 life insurance

Practice will be adding EMR at all locations sometime this year.

Established family practice group located in the Orange County, NY area. Group includes several family practice/urgent care clinics, as well as affiliated hospitals and nursing homes.
