Nurse Manager needed for busy Emergency Room.
This is a beautiful, community hospital. Licensed for over 250 beds, this facility is the most profitable hospital in the system. Work with an outstanding executive team.

This Manager will report to a young but very experienced and well liked Director of ER. Good culture. Will receive mentoring.

Staffing, scheduling, evals, policies and procedures, staff development, quality, etc.

Prefer:
BSN, but will consider ASN with great experience.
Must have supervising experience in the ER.
