Job Responsibilities:
1.      Compliance Training
a.       Monitor and manage IT completions of mandated compliance training.
b.      Create content and manage web-based courses for annual IT compliance training
c.       Create and deliver compliance-related training to both compliance and non-compliance audiences
d.      Represent KP-IT in national and other compliance training groups (e.g., NCO, cross-regional).  Participate in discussions and decisions related to IT-related compliance training content, delivery and performance.
e.       Develop and implement ITC training communication plans, including: 
                           i.            Overall strategy and general timeframes
                         ii.            Defining audiences, communication objectives, and delivery methods
                        iii.            Template announcement, notification and delinquency communications
                       iv.            Web page content
                         v.            Coordination with IT Communications Department
2.      Policy Training
a.             Prepare training other material as needed to support policy implementation efforts lead by IT Compliance.
b.            Provide training guidance and consultation to IT policy implementation efforts
3.      Support IT Compliance efforts as needed, especially relating to supporting IT Compliance clients meet their compliance requirements

Qualifications

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS  
1.) Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
2.) Minimum five years experience in compliance, auditing, process improvement or IT controls
3.) Ability to work with peers in self-managed teams to meet deadlines
4.) Demonstrated conflict resolution and mediation skills with ability to secure action from persons outside their supervision
5.) Ability to multitask and manage time in order to perform well on long-term projects while being flexible enough to assimilate short-term project on an ongoing basis.
6.) Ability to use sound judgment and ability to escalate and ask for help when needed.
 
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1.) CPA, CIA, CISA or similar certification
2.) Experience in developing and delivering training programs and courses
3.) Experience with automated reporting tools
4.) Experience with website development
