SUMMARY: 
The Clinical Coordinator is a designated leader responsible for implementation, supervision, and evaluation of safe patient care while promoting a safe environment for employees, families, and visitors. The Clinical Coordinator maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the ages, developmental stages, and special needs of the population. Target 100 behavior is promoted at all times.

Qualifications

Minimum Licensure and Certification: A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required.  Should you hold a RN license from another Compact state, you are required to apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside within 30 days.  CPR required. ACLS required within orientation.
 
Minimum Experience/Additional Certification:  Two years of RN experience with demonstrated leadership ability. Designated certifications as required by designated unit assignment.  BSN required or actively in pursuit of degree with designated graduation date.
