Job Description:
 

Part Time Nursing Position in Occupational Health Clinical Center
Duties:
1. Assist in Patient Care and coordination of a public health based Occupational Medicine Program situated in Yonkers.
2. Conduct phone interviews for Occupational Clinic and the World Trade Center Treatment Program.
3. Patient follow-up with results, appointments and referrals.
4. Review entitlement options for the Treatment Program patients
5. Maintain databases to track services received by patient for the Treatment Program.

Job Qualifications:
 

NY State Registered Nurse License
Strong Interpersonal skills for patient and worker advocacy programs
Interest in public health and ability to work independently is helpful.
Bi-lingual spanish/polish/to english very useful.
