Located in the heart of sunny year-round weather, St. John's Regional Medical Center is situated along a scenic stretch of coastline in the beautiful seaside community of Oxnard, halfway between Malibu and Santa Barbara.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
 

High School diploma or equivalent required. One year admitting or emergency room registration experience and general insurance billing or collection experience preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, basic computer knowledge and the ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm. Demonstrates working knowledge of third-party payor (MediCal, Medicare, HMOs, PPO--s, etc.) Bi-lingual in Spanish/English preferred, but not required.

This position is represented by S.E.I.U., Local 399 and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
